Nonadecan-10-amine, also known as N-dodecylamine, is a long-chain primary amine with the molecular formula C20H43N. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a faint amine odor. Nonadecan-10-amine is widely used as a surfactant and emulsifier in various industrial applications, including the production of detergents, wetting agents, and corrosion inhibitors.
